Light Frame Appoints Former Julius Baer CEO Philipp Rickenbacher to Advisory Board

Seasoned Swiss banking leader brings wealth management transformation and technology expertise to the modern Wealth core provider

Lausanne, Switzerland — September, 2025

Light Frame SA, the modern Wealth core engineered in Switzerland, today announced the appointment of Philipp Rickenbacher to its AdvisoryBoard.

Philipp Rickenbacher served as Chief Executive Officer of Julius Baer Group and Bank Julius Baer from 2019 to 2024, overseeing a period of deep business transformation and external disruption. Since joining Julius Baer in 2004, he managed growth and change in diverse roles including Structured Products, global Advisory Solutions and Intermediaries & Custody. He began his career at McKinsey & Company in Zurich and London. He holds an MSc. in Biotechnology from ETH Zurich, is an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s AMP and Singularity University. He currently serves as Chairman of Zug-based CVVC, and holds different board and advisory positions in start-up and growth firms at the intersection of finance and technology.
